Gościnność gospodarza wychodząca ponad zwyczajową uprzejmość, np. odebrał nas z pociągu. Wspólna sala z kominkiem i rzutnikiem, w której można posiedzieć i/lub obejrzeć film. Kuchnia do wspólnego użytkowania bardzo dobrze wyposażona.

Klimatycznie, spokojnie, bardzo pro-gościom i im potrzebom właściciel
Sprawa trochę losowa, ale wysiadł prąd (naprawiony w ciągu parę godzin) był duży mróz, więc w łazience trochę zimno
