Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Kameralny, przyjemny pensjonat położony bardzo blisko centrum i wszystkich okolicznych atrakcji, a zarazem w cichej, bocznej uliczce. Miła i pomocna obsługa obiektu. Zarówno pokój jak i łazienka przestronne i czyste. Wygodne, nowe łóżka (pokój typu comfort). Przyjemny teren na zewnątrz pensjonatu do posiedzenia na powietrzu. W swojej kategorii cenowej obiekt zasługuje na bardzo dobrą ocenę.
Gdzieniegdzie można zauważyć powstałe pod wpływem upływu czasu i użytkowania "usterki techniczne" jak złamana żaluzja w oknie, czy niedokręcona deska wc w łazience. Dużo bardziej praktyczny i dyskretny byłby również kosz na śmieci zamykany niż odkryty w łazience.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum, miła obsługa, parking w obiekcie. Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko.
Pokój na poddaszu ze skosami, osoby o wzroście powyżej 180 cm mają problem stać wyprostowanym w łazience. Śniadanie przeciętne, wszystkie produkty najtańszych marek znanego marketu, kawa jedynie rozpuszczalna, obsługa nie spieszyła z donoszeniem produktów które się kończyły.
