    +location central in old town +clean comfortable rooms +quiet, double glazed velux windows kept out church chimes every 30 min + great water pressure in shower -checkin automated self service -TV did not work (no signal), not fixed - reception one floor up staffed only occasionally. -no door on shower area flooded bathroom
