    We enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located, pretty quiet and clean. The free simple pastries and coffee each morning was nice. We did find a couple items from prior guests in our room, but it seemed clean beyond that. Our room key stopped working a couple of times but the staff were all friendly and easily fixed the issue.

    This hotel was fantastic! The room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size with all the amenities. We had a room for 3 on the 4th floor with great views of the water. I will definitely book this hotel again.

    + Location is perfect as it is just walking distance from dom and Christmas markets. We had a very nice view of Rhein river. Very spacious for 4 adults and a toddler. You get free bottled drinks and complimentary breakfast. Bathroom is nice also. Quiet neighborhood too. - When we first walked inside, there was a strange stinky smell so we opened the windows to let the fresh air in. The bed is not that comfortable as you can feel the springs a bit. I wish there was also stilled water and not just sparkling water.

    Stayed October 2025. 👍🏼 Location . Right outside St Martin church, along Rhine river promenade, restaurants. Small convenience store beside it. Local eateries. Not too touristy. 🫣Cars do not drop off or pick up at the hotel. 👍🏼 Good Value at €100/ night for Compact room, that is 10 square meters. 🫣 Room is tiny, ok for petite. But not for medium to big sized guests. Double bed is against the wall. 👍🏼 Room facilities ok, ref, water kettle, safe, luggage bench, desk, mirror, shelves, hanger. 👍🏼 Bathroom ok. 🫣 Shower door does not close well, water flows out thru floor. ❌ Difficult for mobility impaired and those with luggages. Entrance door has 2 steps. Going to rooms- Lift to 1st floor, then go thru 2 hall doors, then take stairs to room. That is for room 2##. ❌ They said free bread/ coffee at 7:00AM. Not true at all. We waited till 7:30AM, still none. 🫣 Service …
