The location was great, easy access to the south bay beach, shops, cafes and restaurants and other public transport links. The apartment is very modern and clean, a great size.
The sofa bed in the living room is very small for two people. Thankfully we had two boys sleeping there, but had it been two adults it would have been too small and uncomfortable. Also, the location of the key box, although not far from the apartment, if you are arriving late at night or if English is not your first language (like our family who were staying in the apartment) it could be a little difficult to find.

The Tiled Bathroom floor joints were losing their grout so that made the floor look dirty.
Needs attention .That was our only concern
