Location and the convenience of having a kitchen, washer and dryer.
I did not like that the hallway and bathroom did not have blind at the window. Could not turn any of the lamps on. Bedroom TV did not have a connection.

We had a wonderful stay in this very clean and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment near the Metro. It was close to the monuments and museums that we wanted to see, either by walking, the Metro, and/or bus. It was also close to pleasant cafes with delicious coffee/breakfast sandwiches, etc that we took advantage of each morning as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Clear instructions from host. We look forward to returning. Thanks so much!
