Clean, you could hear the people upstairs walking but no other sounds from them so it wasn't too bad. Plenty of supplies, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. The remote in the bedroom wasn't working with the tv in there, so there was no tv in there while we were there. The heat wasn't working .It stayed at 67 the whole time we where there.
