Lovely, tree-lined street. 2 Bedrooms - one Queen, one Full, Living room with sofa/futon (Full size), 1 Bath, Cable, WiFi, dish washer, washer/dryer. A few blocks to Lincoln Park and to H Street restaurants, entertainment, tram, and farmers market. Great walking score - 3 blocks to H Street Tram, 20 min walk to 3 metro stations (Eastern Market, Union Station, and Stadium), the Capitol, Congressional Office buildings, Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Giant Grocery, Galluadet University, Eastern Market, and Barracks Row. No smoking.

The property was perfect for us. A short walk to a free tram service that puts you straight in to Washington DC. Quiet and safe the apartment has everything you need. The host is also very friendly, helpful and is quick to respond to any questions or queries. We will definitely request to stay here again if we find ourselves in the area again.

Property very clean with new paint and tile in bathroom but kitchen not well set up for cooking. We had to buy a cutting board. One bedroom fine but second bed room frame was broken. Lighting was dark with no floor lamp in living room.Living room furniture was tired and shower needed a safety bar. Great location with potential after some investment.
