All terrific. Very responsive host to any questions. Sweet kiddos live upstairs so a bit of normal children-noise, but music to my ears only in morning and early evening. Not an issue at all. I didn’t have a car to park. Neighborhood is sweet w plenty shopping and public transportation available. Union station (Metro train, Amtrak, bus hub) up the hill a handful of blocks, very convenient. I’d happily return to this location if I were to return to DC.

This property was in a perfect location as it was near our son’s home while we visited. The one bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s walkable to the Capitol and the Mall and the H Street stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean and well kept. Parking was available but not always on the same block as the apt if you moved your car, but we walked most of the time. Perfect place if you don’t mind getting up about 6 am with their child upstairs.

Pros: spacious, great quiet and safe neighborhood, full kitchen. Great communication with host.
Cons: nearly no water pressure in shower or bathroom faucet. Washer was broken. Thin walls- we could hear the dog running around upstairs. The place was much darker than the photos showed. Very little natural light, and only one lowly lit mirror in the bathroom. It’s a bit far to walk to nearly everything touristy.
