Enjoy the convenience of an onsite laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a full bathroom stocked with essential toiletries. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to this entire basement unit of the home, minus one locked water heater closet, to include a washer/dryer, and the available off-street parking at the back of the home. Feel free to also enjoy the backyard space!

My children and I enjoyed our stay on this property. It was so close to a bus stop which we relied on to get everywhere. This property is clean and well kept. Hosts are easy to contact for questions and respond quickly.

Great location close to Howard University with a guaranteed parking spot! The apartment is super clean, you feel safe, and the owners are very responsive. Perfect place for move-in, Homecoming, move-out, or just a DC getaway. Highly recommend!!
