This island home is just 200 steps to the powdery white sands of the Gulf of Mexico beaches. If you feel like lounging at the house there is also a brand new saltwater pool and turf! The open floor plan includes a kitchen that opens to living room and dining area as well as the outside deck. The large 10x19 open front porch is perfect for entertaining with friends or family. Seacrest is designed to sleep up to 6. King in the master, twin over full bunks in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa. Although the house is truly the perfect place for your dream vacation, it is the location of the house that makes it so great. When you come to stay and play on Anna Maria, it is all about adopting the island lifestyle, and that is exactly what Seacrest will let you do. Grab the provided beach towels and chairs and walk 4 houses to one of beach access on the island. Rent a bike to explore the island’s many hidden gems and watering holes. This Anna Maria duplex was updated, clean, and felt like home! It was such a great location (just steps from the beach) in a nice quiet area on Holmes Beach. The new pool was private and the kids loved swimming after a long day of beach fun. The beach chairs and pool toys could be updated (some broken and rusted) but everything else was perfect. We would stay here again and highly recommend for other beach goers!

A bit compact but fit our family of 6 well enough. The pool was great to relax in after a long day at the beach. Just a short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was nice to rinse off all the sand. A few extra amenities would put this place over the top (pack n play, highchair and some basic seasonings like salt and pepper ) would definitely recommend and stay again!

With the understanding of the recent storms we were very fortunate to find this gem but there were a few things that definitely still needed attention but we worked around it It would have been nice to have a few rugs on the floor one at the door & bed side, a few condiments like salt, pepper, coffee, a box of tissue in the bed rooms & a trash can in the smaller bedroom. A wagon to bring stuff back & forth to the beach & a heavier duty beach umbrella with an anchor that screws into the sand. The area is wonderful as it is residential so if you are looking for a nice quiet place close to the beach & having your own private salt water pool it was perfect! We would definitely consider staying there again. The owner responded right away when we contacted them & someone was sent to check the kitchen floor issue which was great. ,
