Family vacation home one block to beach with pool

The house was beautiful, however, parking was not ideal. Technically, there were three spots. However, it was challenging with three full-sized cars. We rented a golf cart, too, so had to figure out where to park that.The pool was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed that, however, there were only two tanning loungers. Not a ton of space to hang out if you have visitors, but the privacy was nice. The listing indicated there was a spa (hot tub), however there wasn’t one. It was colder a few nights we were there so that would have been good. The rental price I was quoted was lower than what I ended up paying, also. When I inquired about that discrepancy she did not honor the price I was initially quoted. Instead, I had to pay the higher price since she said the lower price was for “off-season”. Fine, but either keep your listing current or honor the original listing price. The location of this house was amazing- just over a block to the beach. There were beach supplies, in the garage, as well. Also nice to have.Overall, we had a great stay. I would consider renting this property again.

This is a lovely, well cared for home, described accurately on VRBO.It was clean and tastefully decorated without a lot of unnecessary do-dads cluttering up the space. It is probably the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. There were ample paper products including paper towels, napkins, tissues and toilet paper. There was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in all three bathrooms, and plenty of bath and pool towels. The kitchen was well stocked as well with lots of dishware, pretty good knives, and better than average pots and pans. The grill was clean and worked fine with extra propane tanks nearby. The pool was super clean and heated and the pool maintenance man came once during our 1 week stay to add water, clean out the fallen leaves and fronds, and add pool chemicals. The garage was well equipped with a sturdy wagon, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and I believe 3 bicycles which we did not use. It really is only one block to the beach, an easy walk even when dragging the loaded wagon.My only wish is that there had been more information in the house about the security system and the various alarms that could sound. It would have saved a few frantic calls to the owner, who, nevertheless, responded to my anxious texts in a timely manner.All in all, a beautiful rental property that we would rent again in a heartbeat.

House was very clean and had lots of supplies. Very close to the beach! Would definitely stay again!
