Family vacation home one block to beach with pool

House was fantastic! Proximity to beach was a key factor for us and this couldn't have been much better. 232 steps from porch to feet hitting the sand.House was clean and as described. The special "realtor photography" of course make everything appear a little bigger than it is. But every room was more than big enough. Each room having it's own bathroom was huge. Our family of five had plenty of space.Pool gets cleaned on Thursdays, so it got a little full of debris from the trees as the week went on, but not a big deal. Water was warm.Communication with the owner and their staff was top notch. If we had an issue, a text was quickly answered and the issue addressed. The woman that responded (sorry I do not have her name) was responsive, friendly and gave us the impression she was there for anything we needed. This aspect of our stay was wonderful.There was a nice supply of "starter" items to get the week rolling. We didn't feel the need to immediately run to the store for garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.Upstairs bedroom was a little warmer than the rest of the house. Otherwise, AC kept the house at a great temp.Beach supplies already there were a game changer! 5 chairs and an umbrella were awesome to have. Only disappointment was the pop-up tent that was broken. Bikes and sand toys also came in handy. Outdoor shower/hose was also convenient.Kitchen had just about everything you would need to prepare food/drinks. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a fabulous time. The home was in great proximity to the beach and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Definitely would recommend!

The house was beautiful, however, parking was not ideal. Technically, there were three spots. However, it was challenging with three full-sized cars. We rented a golf cart, too, so had to figure out where to park that.The pool was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed that, however, there were only two tanning loungers. Not a ton of space to hang out if you have visitors, but the privacy was nice. The listing indicated there was a spa (hot tub), however there wasn’t one. It was colder a few nights we were there so that would have been good. The rental price I was quoted was lower than what I ended up paying, also. When I inquired about that discrepancy she did not honor the price I was initially quoted. Instead, I had to pay the higher price since she said the lower price was for “off-season”. Fine, but either keep your listing current or honor the original listing price. The location of this house was amazing- just over a block to the beach. There were beach supplies, in the garage, as well. Also nice to have.Overall, we had a great stay. I would consider renting this property again.
