The stunning interiors in your private Holmes Beach vacation rental are elegant, fresh and bright. The two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom residences are attractively decorated, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork, polished pine floors and comfortable furniture. All suites have an expansive deck and are just steps away from the sand. Although our property is right on the beach, this unit faces the island, but again, you're just steps away from the sand.
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will channel your inner chef.
This two bedroom residence can accommodate 4 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 6 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.

This trip was a return trip to the same unit. It is still a beautiful, convenient, and comfortable place to stay. The bedrooms have adequate storage and are cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils. Having the puzzle and book library is a great addition. It has the best accommodations on the island and we have another stay already booked for next month.

Mainsail property was excellent! Dominic helped us take full advantage of property amenities and activities in the area. Fun to meet other families vacationing there as well. Location was wonderful. Really enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the beach.

The property itself is beautiful, could not be closer to the beach. Stayed in unit 6, two bedroom 2.5 bath. The kitchen was wonderful , had everything we needed to make meals. The linens on the beds were rough and scratchy, the pillows were terrible. The living room was great size but the furniture was horribly uncomfortable to the point you could not sit down and enjoy it. It is a pullout couch and the cushions and so angled forward you cannot sit. The bathroom in the 2nd bedroom-toilet ran the entire night. The second night we stayed starting at midnight on, it sounded like furniture was being moved around and it went on all night. For the price per night of this stay, I would expect more.
