Enjoy your culinary creations al fresco on the screened in lanai. Don't feel like cooking? Our home is less than 1 mile from countless restaurants all local and found only on AMI! The food scene on the island is a must experience!

We love guests of all ages but our home is not “baby proof.” There are several places on the island that offer rentals such as baby gates, highchairs etc. They will deliver your items for free! We do offer a pack n play and stroller for those traveling with younger children.

The city of Holmes Beach has a noise curfew in effect daily from 10pm-7am. No loud noises over 50dBA will be allowed. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
