The balcony has a dining area and faces the pool and Gulf — the right spot for morning coffee and evening drinks without leaving the unit. The heated pool and Jacuzzi are shared among complex guests and consistently well-maintained within tropical landscaping. The elevator means arrivals, departures, and grocery runs require no stair coordination.

Inside, the open-concept living area connects naturally to the kitchen and the balcony beyond. The granite kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for a week of meals at home. Three bedrooms sleep six. The master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds — the right configuration for families with kids or guests who prefer their own beds. Two full bathrooms throughout.
