Great location this is the second time we have stayed here Good 2 week place.We have booked for next year. But, the place could take some work. The foam pad on the mattress is bad, buy some new mattress. The toilets run, the curtains in LR won’t close, and the floors need mopped, turned my slippers black. Hope it’s fixed a bit before next year

Wonderful location for the 5 of us to get away. Amazing beach access and walking distance to Holmes Beach area shopping and dining. Accommodations were spacious, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. Everything needed for a great family vacation.

Everything was good with the property but the elevator was broken. That created problems for us. I received a partial refund so that was acceptable. We had an issue with the AC and the owner had an AC guy come out the next day.

I have stayed at several locations on the Gulf, and this property was by far the best we've stayed in. The unit was clean, had everything you might need, a gorgeous view, and great location. Wonderful pool as well!
