We will definitely rent property from Beach Bum BB in the future! The property was exactly as listed/pictured, their communication is top tier, and their response time is speedy. This property has a spectacular view of the water!

Even though itโs across the street from the beach, you can hear the ocean from the balcony at night and itโs at theโ quieterโ end of the island, but still close to everything, including a convenience store right next door and a trolley stop (free) right outside. To get to the beach, just exit the pedestrian gate and cross the road, or we would drive across the street with all of our gear and people who didnโt want to stay the whole day could walk back home. The condo was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and easy to access right off the elevator (but also super quiet). It has everything we could possibly need for our stay including towels, and tons of kitchenware.It was pricey, but worth it if you can afford it. My only wish was that the balcony had a chaise lounge or comfy chair for lounging with a book in addition to the tall half tables/bar chairs. They are great for eating and visiting, but not quite as comfortable to curl up with a book. I would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was great but they were doing work on the outside of the building starting early in the am; painting, pressure washing (except Sunday) and that got pretty noisy. I wish it had been advertised while we made the reservation.
