There is a covered sound front patio located off of the living area. The top floor offers a king master bedroom with private bath and a second bedroom with one twin bed and one queen with private bath.
There is covered parking for two vehicles under the town home as well as additional parking in the lot. This nicely landscaped complex offers lots of green space for guest enjoyment. EV charging stations available at building 9 and 10!

The place was clean and roomy. All beds were comfortable. The dock on the bay was fun for fishing and exploring in the water. I think it was the kids' favorite spot.

This was the second year we have stayed in this unit and it didn’t disappoint. Our daughter and family live in Gulf Breeze and this location allows us to enjoy the beach and places to walk while not being far from them. It was spring break so our grandchildren spent time with us and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The unit had everything we needed. Hopefully next year will be a little warmer to we can sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness of the area.
