- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street.

Perfect spot for a family to stay! We enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the lagoon in the evening. We had no issues checking in or out. Beachside Getaway was quick to respond to all of our questions.

The Beachside Getaway group had great communication throughout the stay inclusive of what to do given the storm. We would absolutely come back to this location, we loved that it was gated and easily walkable to the beach.

Great location conveniently within Palmetto Dunes, short walk to the beach and steps from community pool. Felt so relaxing with the backing to the lagoon, and overall condo was cute, cozy and just what we needed!

We loved the proximity to the beach. Just a short walk across the street to the beach access. We also loved all the nature watching from the back patios. We would have loved more comfortable seating so all 7 of us could have hung out and watched a movie. The bathrooms could also use a good update! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider this unit again.
