If you have bigger group you can text us, book both sides and have up to 20 guests.

- Bedroom 1 = 1 King Bed, SMART TV, private bathroom, entrance to the backyard
- Laundry Room- washer+dryer - you can use during your stay
**2nd FLOOR
-Bedroom 2 = King Bed, SMART TV and private balcony, you can see GULF OF MEXICO from (!!!)
-Bedroom 3 = King Bed, SMART TV, private bathroom
-Bunk Area with 2 bunk beds - twin-over-twin (4 twins), SMART TV
-Shared bath between BR 2 and bunk area
* Outdoor dining area with Gazebo and:
- Gas Grill (additional fee $50)
- Charcoal Grill (free) - no charcoals provided
*On site parking for 3 vehicles.
*A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

The house itself was super cute updated home and convenient to the beach. The owner was quick to respond if I had any questions. The house was clean for the most part but there was a little left over debris and sticky stuff on the floors and some dishes in the cabinet were still wet like they had just been taken out the dishwasher. I would like to mentioned also that the beds are comfortable and the ceiling fan to help off set the heat outside was magical. The bedrooms/bathrooms were small in size though. Moving around just felt tight. I am 5'5'' and my husband is 6'2'' for reference. My elbows were touching the walls on each side when I washed my hair. I looked at the other bathrooms and stood inside and they are all about the same size. Most times we just laid a towel down and kept the shower door open so we had more space to move around. Counter space in the bathrooms were also minimal. There also wasn't much space for your things, so instead of unpacking and having a place to put your stuff we were practically living out of our suitcases. It was a bit of a hassle since we were traveling with our 3 kids (ages 2-8) and stayed a whole week. I would book again for convenience sake (location was GREAT) but only if it's a quick 1-2 day trip but maybe not if I am bring my entire family on an extended stay.
