Within a 3-5 minute walk from public beach access, this three-story home comes furnished for family-friendly comfort, with highlights including a shared courtyard pool just steps from the back door. A private poolside patio area comes furnished for outdoor dining and the ground-floor pool suite features a handy kitchenette equipped with a sink, microwave, and mini fridge for added convenience.
The main living area sets the tone for family gatherings, with strong natural lighting and all the comforts of home. After the day's activities, unwind with your favorite shows or a movie on the smart TV and prepare home-cooked meals with ease in the stainless steel full kitchen. All four bedrooms feature their own smart TV and attached bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience. Primary guests will also enjoy access to a private, furnished balcony overlooking the pool. Essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was great overall considering the location, which is bit out of the way for most of the attractions in PC, but it’s a great price and option if you just plan to head to the beach (just a short walk away). We had 7 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Nice and spacious but
Plumbing was not working in shower downstairs
Finally after 3 days someone came and fixed it.
Plumbing is backward

Shower upstairs had black tape on it too
