The living areas in this cottage consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining table for four, a sitting room with open fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is parking for two cars on the common and a front, enclosed garden with lawn and barbecue. Within 3.2 miles there is a shop and 0.9 miles a pub. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore North Wales from Groesffordd. Note: The pipe from the washing machine must go into the bath when in use.

There are a few stores, a fish and chip shop, and a warm, inviting tavern serving tasty fare in the village. Caernarfon, a royal town with a spectacular castle, a plethora of lovely architecture, and numerous services, is only two miles distant. Snowdonia National Park, with its towering mountains and beautiful walking and cycling terrain, is just a short drive away.
