The room opens up into a beautiful kitchen and dining room. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, designer light fixtures, a 45” cooktop with 4 gas burners + griddle, double ovens, and a large pantry. The kitchen patio has a natural gas outdoor grill for your summertime BBQ cookouts! The dining room has seating for 8, plus 3 more located at the counter bar.
Downstairs, the entertainment room has a 70" theater TV with 7.1 surround sound hooked up to streaming services. The room also has leather seating and a pool table. In the downstairs living room, there is a couch, flat-screen TV and sitting area, perfect for family game nights.
The lower level deck has a 6-person hot tub, perfect for relaxing your muscles after a long day on the mountain.
From the deck, you have direct access to the backyard. With over 17,000 sq. ft. (0.40 acre) of space, you have plenty of room to explore and play in the snow!
The primary suite has a King bed with a reading area and an ensuite bath, dual vanities, shower and jetted tub. In addition, the bottom floor has 2 rooms with 1 queen bed in each, 1 room with three twin beds, and a full bath with shower/tub combo. On the main floor, you will find another queen bedroom and full bath. A loft area above the main floor serves as a great play area if your group has kids!
This home is centrally located. Within a few miles from the casinos, the Lake, Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, restaurants, shopping, golf and many other activities.
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
