The home has a nice private feel with vacant land across the street. A doctor lives on one side, and a commonly used family cabin on the other. Both are great neighbors and we prioritize making sure our neighbors' "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay! QUIET HOURS: Especially is very important on the hot tub deck while honoring the 10:00PM - 8:00AM quiet times and NO HOT TUB USE imposed and enforced by the county ordinance. This house was amazing and stocked for the amount of people we had with us. The host was prompt in responding to texts and made the house warm and welcoming when we arrived. We will definetley stay here again.

Our family had a great time. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us. We really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The house was 15 minutes to South Lake Tahoe, which was convenient.

Came to Tahoe to have a family reunion and spend some relaxing time near Lake Tahoe. Really enjoyed the layout of the main floor and allowed for everyone to interact and make a lot of meals. Only 1 bedroom was on the main floor and all other rooms were downstairs which was a bit of a shock. The pool table and table tennis was a nice touch and the living room area downstairs was very nice. We also enjoyed the Hot Tub a lot. Overall it was a very nice stay in a quiet and relaxing area!
