You deserve spectacular ocean and bay views! Located in Ocean City's tallest building Unit 1609 will spoil you with the best of both worlds! As you enter feast your eyes on the beautiful 16th floor master suite with full walk-in shower bathroom private balcony and mind-blowing bay views. Head upstairs to enjoy miles of sparkling ocean from the bright open living area or experience all the amazing sights and sounds of the beach from the huge ocean front balcony. Prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen and gather at the dining table with seating for 4 as well as 4 counter stools. You won't want to miss the breathtaking sunsets over the Assawoman Bay through the floor to ceiling windows of the 2nd bedroom. An additional full walk-in shower bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. No need to haul giant coolers and bulky bags when your vacation is only steps from the beach. Pack light and take advantage of the convenient washer & dryer. The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. * Indoor pool is open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coastal Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

We had a great time! Staff were very friendly. Property was clean, love the view of the beach. Pool and sauna were great!

The Century 1 property is honestly on a great section of OC beach , with wonderful views. We were able to have a beach bonfire in the evening,( a permit is required which can easily be obtained on line ), and we were pleasantly surprised to see some fireworks too !
The condo was dated which we could accept given the view makes .
We did have the following concerns :
1.) Century 1 is not ADA compliant. We are sure waivers are in place that grandfather’s them
In , but good luck getting to the beach if you have special needs or heavy beach equipment.
2.) parking is problematic if you have more than one vehicle. You will need to find alternative parking arrangements off the property . It was posted no 2nd car permits available during our stay, but several parking spots were open throughout our entire stay.
3.) we had difficulty communicating through the VRBO message app with the property . I believe we had a total of three messages that were not responded to.
4.)Soiled linens were left in the second bedroom . We addressed with the rental desk , but no one removed them, and basically we were told oh well - so we got stuck with them. After that experience we decided that our concerns were not going to be addressed and just said oh well and didn’t report the following :
5.) light bulbs missing out of the master bath vanity light
6.) second bedroom sliding door must be off track - quite difficult to open or shut
7.) master bedroom door sticks when shut
