One of our favorite stays. The place was neat and spacious. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the view from the balcony was perfect.

The views were great, the breakfast was exceptional and the accommodations perfect.
Initially we had a bit of trouble locating it since the building numbers were confusing.

The balcony and fireplace were my favorite but honestly, everything was wonderful. We were greeted by Maria’s nephew…hence the whole Casa de Tia…she has the apartment across the hall and provided a lovely breakfast each morning. The apartment is huge with 2 separate balconies and we were so happy to have a chance to spread out. We were even able to get laundry done. Fabulous! Maria was incredible-any issues (we didn’t have any!) or wants; just let her know. She’s a gem. She even made my diabetic aunt a sugar free birthday cake. So sweet! It felt like staying with family . Such a unique and wonderful experience.
No complaints-we were there in early December and had nice cloudy days. We loved having the fireplace at night.

Our hosts were welcoming, warm and hospitable. Made sure we had everything we needed. If we had any questions about anything Regua they were eager to help. The property views were terrific and the building tranquil. We were welcomed with some port wine in a beautiful crystal decanter together with some home made cookies and confectionery. Nice touch. But the highlight was the traditional breakfast. Couldn't believe how delicious and bountiful it was. Something different each day we were there. They would simply ask what time we wanted it delivered and they were on time. Outstanding.
There was nothing we could think of. Our stay was pretty much perfect.
