Cornish Billys Barn

The place was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the access to public footpaths to walk our dog and Lynn was very helpful in recommending places to go and eat.

Lynn was incredibly helpful by allowing us early access and answering our many questions. The place was spotless and smelt freshly laundered. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen has everything you might need, including egg cups. The decor was lovely and we especially loved the hare decorations. A great range of amenities when we arrived, from bread, eggs, milk, tea, coffee, and butter to shower and shampoo items.

Really thoughtful having bread, milk, jams etc for when we arrived. The bed was so comfy as well

Absolutely lovely location and beautiful little barn complex of a few apartments. Very quiet but not that far from a pub and shop. Well located for Penzance and St Ives. The apartment was lovely, well appointed and very comfortable. Outdoor seating area was very peaceful and ideally situated. Finding the kitchen with milk, eggs, water, olive oil, bread and jams was most welcome! 😊 Lynn, the host, is a lovely person - very welcoming and helpful. Generally, a very good place and would recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay Lynn.

Quite a few cobwebs at high level (I know it’s in the country and they didn’t bother me but might put some people off). A shelf for toiletries in the shower, blind for the hall window, and a chest of drawers in the bedroom rather than the large chair might be worth considering. Just well-intended feedback, not complaints.
