Le logement est situé dans un quartier relativement calme, avec des commerces de proximité et 2 stations de métro à environ 15mn à pied (L1 Navas - L5 Camp del Arpa). L'appartement est plutôt agréable, spacieux et bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, congélateur, machine à café (malheureusement défectueuse)) et doté d'un petit kit d'accueil (éponge, produit vaisselle, 1 capsule vaisselle/lessive).

Les bémols : l'appartement mérite un bon "coup de frais" : les murs sont criblés d'impacts et de traces (un coup de peinture blanche ne coûte pourtant pas grand chose...), ampoules défectueuses dans la cuisine et le salon, store de la chambre parentale HS. Et enfin GROS carton rouge pour l'état de la douche : parois mal nettoyées, joints de la cabine et des carrelage MOISIS. Booking et FLATELI, vous ne pouvez louer un appartement à ce prix avec une douche dans un tel état, proche de l'insalubrité. Ce n'est pas normal ! Pourrez vous m'apporter une réponse à ce sujet. We had a very comfortable stay here, and it felt like we hadn't left home. Very clean, accessible location, and near all major trains. It's not a busy tourist area, which I loved because it gave us a peaceful, calm environment for an eight-night stay.

Some things were not already there, such as trash bags and dishwashing soap. I had to request trash bags several times, but they were provided eventually. They expect you to buy your own toilet rolls after the two they gave you run out. I had to buy dishwashing soap, which I left there. Also, do not assume you will quickly be able to get in touch with property management in case of an emergency. One night, the AC stopped working, and I called and left messages, and only heard back the next afternoon. Thankfully i was able to fix the issue myself or we had to sleep in extreme heat that night.

Close to the metro (2 stations after Sagrada Família), close to big shops like Lidl, clean and warm - you can adjust temperature as you like It is a new apartment with kitchen equipment and even watching machine.

When we arrived there was a key missing in the box! However the emergency number worked even at 23:00 and someone came with the key and let us in. The cleaner must have left keys on the table rather than in the lock box.

Camas cómodas. La ubicación no está mal, hay que caminar unos 15min aprox al metro. Hay supermercados, panaderías, restaurantes, muy cerca. El apto dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios.

Las paredes en general están un poco sucias, hace falta un poco de mantenimiento o pintura. El baño tiene humedad, con paredes y rincones de la ducha con manchas negras. Muy poco papel sanitario para la cantidad de días y personas. Estaría bien que ofrecieran sobres con sal y aceite en la cocina.
