95 m2 penthouse with private solarium on the upper floor. All rooms with exterior access to terraces, which almost surround the entire apartment. Very bright, modern and comfortable.
3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a hydromassage bathtub.
Municipal market, supermarket "Carrefour", bakeries, bars and restaurants right next door.
Apartment located in a quiet and residential neighborhood, a few minutes walk from the metro station "Maragall", with service to lines 4 and 5 that transport us in 15/20 min to Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, beaches. .....

Beautiful view from a private rooftop. My husband loved the jetted tub ans blackout shutters. Close and convenient to public transportation. Market and coffee shop near by. Very attentive. We would stay again.

Wow! Just the best spot to stay in Barcelona! Terrific location and great communication from beginning to end. The rooftop terrace is outstanding!

This was a great property in a great neighbourhood just a short metro ride away from so many of the major tourist attractions. The property was well equipped and comfortable. The outdoor spaces were great with the exception of the comfort of the furniture. We were met and given a great welcome by a representative of the owners who was very helpful providing information about the neighbourhood and metro. The availability of washing machine was a real plus. Would recommend to friends and family.

6 of us stayed at this apartment and it was exactly how the photos represented it. Lovely and spacious, with lots of outdoor space. Two of the bedrooms were quite small once both beds were out, not much room for suitcases/bags but plenty of space in the living area. Amazing views of Barcelona from the private rooftop terrace and lovely garden furniture for eating/sunbathing AND an outdoor shower. Very close to metro and super market! It’s probably a half an hour journey on the metro to the centre of Barcelona but that didn’t bother us! We were very delayed on our flight out and the lovely lady greeted us at 3am with a smile and was very helpful despite the time! Would definitely recommend to others :)
