Flateli Navas D02

La ubicación me parece muy buena, es un barrio tranquilo pero bien conectado. El dpto es muy lindo, cómodo y está bien equipado.

Tenía algunos detalles menores de mantenimiento: la persiana del living estaba trabada, no subía ni bajaba. Los apliques del baño, cómo toalleros y duchador estaban flojos, la TV no la pude hacer funcionar. No es nada crítico, pero por el precio del inmueble, que no es nada barato, debería estar todo impecable.

The location was not in a tourist area, which was nice. The street was quiet with great cafes and restaurants around it and was an easy bus or metro ride to downtown.

The location was very good, close to two metrostations, supermarkets, nice restaurants and coffee shops. It was very comfortable that the flat has another small bedroom for our daughter. The kitchen was equipped very well. Is good that there was air conditioner.

The bathroom is dangerous because the step for the shower area is big and you don't have any handle while coming down. May be an anti-slip doormat will be good decision. The shower stand wasn't fastened well to the wall, it could falls on somebody's had. One of the external blinds didn't work and was very sunny also at the evenings is not very comfortable being watched by the neighbors. At the first evening the TV broke. We reported everything, they said that they will send someone to fix the things, but nobody comes. We are not satisfied by the cleaning, when we arrived there was dust at the shelves.
