Perfect location for a relaxing few days in York. Really well equipped and has everything you need.

A perfect two-story house. Quite comfortable for 4 people. The amenities and decoration are wonderful. 10 minutes from attractions. Quiet and peaceful, with a market, greengrocer, and bakery within 500 meters. The host was very communicative. I would like to go back and stay longer, perhaps in the future.

It was a good location with easy access to the city.
The house was unbearably hot with no way to cool down, which made for uncomfortable sleeping. We did close all the blinds and curtains during the day, but it didn't help much. The house was comfortable but not really suitable for the elderly or young children as there were too many trip hazards. The coffee machine didn't work either (not sure if the owner is aware of this). We left a day early due to the hot weather. It was reasonably priced which reflected the house overall.
