Great location.
Nicely decorated
Parking outside the property was extremely tight, double parked narrow road.
The en-suite sink smelt extremely bad when used and the smell carried through to the bedroom.
We used the sofa bed, it was easy to use but uncomfortable due to the design.
There seemed to be lots of cobwebs everywhere which made me question the cleanliness.

no final instructions were given to us regarding the key box code which emails had informed us would be received at 12 noon on the day we travelled to york .
WE ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY AND HAD TO CHASE THE OWNER FOR THE CODE. Finally gained access an hour later he blamed booking .com
No waste bins in bathrooms or bedrooms
Basin plug in bathroom not working
Ground floor bathroom tile grout was black with mould all over
Window in First floor bathroom locked with no key available to open it.
