Studio Calanques près du Vieux Port

Cet appartement est dans le quartier célèbre, même si dehors c’est un peu étrange le soir et il faut bien montrer.

Je n’aime pas des grandes couettes pour deux personnes. Il est mieux d’avoir quelque chose en plus, même léger. Il m’a manqué une armoire pour le vêtement.

Super nice apartment with great location in Le Panier and 5-min walking distance to Vieux Port. Very bright and comfortable. Very clean and comfortable bed.

Low pressure in the shower

The studio is very clean and decorated nicely and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect; in the heart of a beautiful neighbourhood and very near to the old port and the city centre. A supermarket around the corner and many (halal) restaurants nearby.

There were a loooooooot of mosquitoes in the apartment, and I'm talking about the end of October here. Even though I killed a lot of them, me and my daughter had a combined number of 15 bites. It really ruined our sleep. A mosquito screen in front of the windows would have solved the problem. There was an anti-mosquito-candle, but it had no wick. Also every morning around 5am there were very loud noises under my window, probably caused by municipal cleaners.

The location was fantastic and in quick walking distance to everything in the historic center. Instructions and comms were very clear from host. Room looks like photos! Elevator was present and worked when I was there.

The building is in a very historic building so upon entry it was a bit scary - dark, dusty, musty. This however is just the corridor - the room itself is nice! Given that it is a very old building, those with strong mold/dust sensitivity/allergies may not be a good match but for the average person, it works well. To remedy this, maybe had a HEPA filter / air purifier could be something to add into the room. No AC - this is listed and written that there is none so this was not a surprise but this is a suggestion to add it to level up the room.
