L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter à pied les centres d'intérêt de Marseille. Il est spacieux, calme et propre. Le parking gratuit est un vrai plus.

Juste un détail : il faudrait une photo de la borne du parking. Là où on scanne la carte. Merci.

L’appartement est idéalement placé, un quartier charmant, vivant très proche du vieux port entre 5-10 minutes. Les instructions du propriétaire et le guide sont très bien fait. Le parking est un énorme plus à même pas 2 minutes de la porte de l’immeuble. L’appartement est fonctionnel avec tout ce qui faut, propre, très beau et grand. Au niveau de la literie il y avait eu des commentaires, je pense le matelas a été changé car il est mou et très confortable, de même un oreiller ergonomique est à disposition. Il n’y a pas de nuisances sonores. Je conseillerais cet appartement à mes proches et nous y retournerons si nous avons l’occasion.

The check-in process was terrible. The host was completely unresponsive, and the keys were not available when we arrived. On top of that, the access code we received was incorrect, which made the situation even more frustrating. The apartment itself has potential, but it is in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa is broken and worn out—its fake leather peels off as soon as you sit on it. There was also no light in the bedroom, so we had to relocate a lamp from the living room just to have basic lighting. Cleanliness was another major issue. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned, and we suspected that the bed sheets were not fresh. What confirmed our concerns was what we saw at checkout: we happened to cross paths with the cleaning staff and stayed outside for a moment since we still had our car. When he left, we were shocked to see that he kept the same bed sheets we had used for three nights and prepared the bed for the next guest without changing them. This was extremely disappointing and raises serious hygiene concerns. I would not stay here again.
