The view from the terrace is lovely. We appreciate air con in both the living room and bedroom, because it was so hot outside in June. It was good to have onsite parking too.
We’ve stayed in a lot of different places in our travels. While the location was nice, some attention to detail was missing in what is a fairly recent renovation e.g. cupboard doors not even or opening and closing properly; some pantry basics for travellers etc. It is encouraging that the owner responds positively to feedback as we noticed some improvements based on previous feedback. Keep it up - it’s otherwise a lovely spot for an extended stay.

First of all, amazing view over Baveno and Lago Maggiore! The parking spot is right next to the house and there is a cosy terrace overlooking the town.
The host was really friendly, helpful and responsive!
The bed was a bit too hard to our liking, but we still slept well. The bathroom had a bit of a musty smell.

Great view from the balcony, beautiful grass area and balcony with a useful umbrella. Location is not far from the town, although it's on a slope, but it was not a problem for us to walk
The bed was comfortable. Davide was very friendly and provided us with shampoo.
Shampoo and shower gel were not in the house. The cooking stove was not working for us, but we stayed only one night, so it was not a problem for us.

Hôte très désagréable voir agressif car j'ai demandé des draps pour dormir dans le clic-clac car je voyage avec ma maman âgée, qui elle dormait dans la chambre, il voulait me facturer 15 euros supplémentaires. Aucune discussion possible ni même un bonjour.
Équipement de la cuisine au strict nécessaire vital, quasiment rien pour cuisiner.
Les voisins ont des chiens qui aboient constamment.... un supplice surtout vers 5h du matin... bref passez votre chemin.
