A remarkable setting overlooking Lago Maggiore in a totally tranquil, private setting

Unmatched, spectacular setting with large terrace overlooking Lago Maggiore with short drive to Stresa. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the communication with property manager Camilla prior to and during our stay was truly outstanding. She responds to messages almost instantly! Camilla will take care of any questions or issues you may have.

Well the only minor thing was the private jacuzzi on the terrace wasn't heating so couldn't be used.

Peacefull stay with awesome view

This accomodation was absolutely stunning. We travel a lot and these stay was one of our best since years. It is worth it just for the view. It was very clean, lovely detailled and you had everything you needed. It is a multi-family house but we lived in peace and privacy on the terrace as well as at the pool. The communication for questions or recommendation was relly good. We would come back and reccomend this accomodation!

We had such a great vacation, the house is very well equipped, comfortable with very nice design. The view from the terraces is truly special and amazing and changes beautifully during the day.

großzügige Wohnung mit wirklich tollem Blick auf den See.

Schlüsselabholung nicht an der Unterkunft sondern bei der Agentur - die leider mit der falschen Adresse angegeben ist. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war anfangs noch ok, gegen Ende hat die Wasserqualität aber nicht mehr zum Baden eingeladen.

Wir können die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen und würden sie nicht mocheinmal buchen.

Von der Terrasse hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den See. Leider liegt die Wohnung weit außerhalb von Baveno an einem Hang. Selbst der Weg zum Bäcker war so, dass wir das Auto benutzt haben.

Die Matratzen waren sehr schlecht, völlig durchgelegen. Im Bad in der oberen Etage roch es nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch. Im Küchenschrank stand schmutziges Geschirr. In der ganzen Wohnung waren unzählige Fläschchen mit Duftstäbchen verteilt, sehr penetrant. Haben wir auf die Terrasse gestellt. Leider war das Wetter nicht schön, so dass wir die Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Die Stühle in der Wohnung waren aus Hartkunststoff und völlig unbequem zum Sitzen.

Wunderschöne, moderne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Sauber, modern und für 5 Personen perfekt. Wir hatten ein schönes, verlängertes Wochenende mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Der Jacuzzi ist ein absolutes Highlight! Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt separat in einem Büro, verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Die Gastgeber wohnen im gleichen Haus und sind sofort zur Stelle, wenn etwas benötigt wird. Die Gasflasche des Grills war zum Beispiel leer, wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar eine Flasche Wein wurde uns geschenkt. Vielen Dank für alles!

- Handtücher und Bettwäsche müssen über einen Aufpreis gebucht oder selbst mitgebracht werden. Ich reise viel um die Welt, das hatte ich bisher noch nicht erlebt und ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass dies im Preis inkludiert ist. - Bezahlung der Unterkunft erfolgt direkt vor Ort in dem Büro. Dies ist nicht eindeutig ausgeschrieben. Im Text steht "Die Unterkunft wird den Gesamtbetrag vor Ihrem Aufenthalt abbuchen". Ich musste meine Kreditkartendaten angeben, deswegen ging ich davon aus, dass dies abgebucht wird. Dies sollte anders formuliert werden, zum Beispiel "Die Unterkunft kassiert den Gesamtbetrag vor Ort". Da unsere Gruppe zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten angereist ist (ich etwas später), sorgte dies für Verwirrung. - Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. Auch nachdem wir dies beanstandet haben, hiess es sie funktioniert. Wir probierten es aus, es ging immer noch nicht. Wir haben uns also löslichen Kaffee gekauft und konnten die Maschine nicht benutzen. - Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool mit den Eigentümern. Wir gingen davon aus, dass es ein privater, eigener Pool ist. Fanden wir nicht weiter schlimm, ist allerdings in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft nicht eindeutig ersichtlich.
