Excellent location. Great host.

This apartment is super convenient. We took the ferry from Verbania to Baveno, and the apartment is literally right next to the ferry and walking distance to the town. Marta is so nice and helpful. She allowed us to check in early to put our luggages and let us put our luggages in the apartment until I finished all meetings at nearby hotel. The location is literally next door to the conference location. We took ferry to every island around the lake. It was much easier than driving or taking train. The facility has elevator, so we did not have to carry our luggages upstairs. We had great time and will definitely stay here again next time we go Baveno.

The rooms are little bit cold, having extra blankets would be helpful in the winter. Keeping some extra toilet papers would be safe, we almost ran out. 😁

Great, relaxing stay at Lake Maggiore

Great location. Near the ferry stop and close to restaurants, gelato etc. Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a large balcony with a view of the lake and islands. Host was communicative and helpful. Free parking arrangement with the neighbouring hotel.

Car park and ferry stop just outside the apartment could be a little noisy, but not a problem at night with the windows closed (apartment has AC).

Fab Penthouse Apartment with Borromean Island Views

Lovely apartment, Marta was a very friendly and efficient host. The apartment is probably better than the images even … it has a full wrap around balcony with Borromean Islands views, and the apartment overlooks the town square and ferry stop for great people watching. Everything is brand new (plenty of IKEA but new) and the most comfy beds for our whole trip. Book this property if you’re u decided, before the rates inevitably go higher !! (Marta you could charge more …).

A great apartment with and exceptional view and terrace. I would recommend to anyone.

There was a fully equipped kitchen and there is a carrefour express close by so breakfast is easy to make. Everything was perfect and the hosts hospitality and professionalism exceed most 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

The entrance to the apartment may not be the best but that is easily overlooked.

Perfect apartment

First reaction when we walked in the apartment was just "wow!". The view from the huge panorama balcony is breathtaking. Location was just perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything and have easiest possible access to boats, restaurants etc. Train station is also just a 5min walk away. Market on Mondays in the piazza just below the apartment. Just keep in mind that there is noise around since you're in a very central location. We just loved it, it was nice to sit in the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of this pictuesque small village and the traffic on the lake. The apartment felt even more spacious than in the pictures and it was very well equipped. The hostesses Marta and Dora were so friendly and helpful and replied quickly to any question we had. It is easy to recommend the apartment to anyone!

It was a great vacation! The apartment seems new, very clean. The view is unbelievable! The location is incredible, near to the port where you can get a boat to the islands. Marta was super helpful and kind.

Großartige Aussicht, sehr gute Ausstattung, kostenloser Parkplatz in 100m entfernter Tiefgarage, Top Wohnungsverwaltung. Marta kommuniziert großartig (Adresse, Sonderwünsche, Probleme etc.)

Lejligheden ligger midt i byen. Den er velindrettet med gode senge, og alt hvad der er brug for. Der var fin mulighed for at have vores to hunde med. - Personalet var meget hjælpsomt. Der er parkering knyttet til lejligheden.

Lage sehr zentral. Toller Ausblick von fast allen Zimmern

Es wäre schön, wenn auf dem Balkon ein Sonnenschutz wäre. Z.B Markisen oder zumindest Sonnenschirme . Sonst kann man da tagsüber kaum hinsitzen bei Sonnenschein. Das ist etwas schade. Aber abends wars gut zum aushalten. Und man konnte den tollen Ausblick genießen.

Doskonałe miejsce na wypoczynek

Pobyt w tym miejscu był niezapomniany. Apartament usytuowany jest w centralnym punkcie uroczego Baveno, tuż nad brzegiem jeziora Maggiore. Widok z okien i z tarasu (prosto na jezioro) jest niesamowity. W pokojach były wszystkie możliwe udogodnienia i co ważne wszystko było sprawne. Czystość w całym apartamencie była na najwyższym poziomie. Istotnym faktem była również możliwość zaparkowania samochodu na niedalekim parkingu podziemnym. Poza sezonem (byliśmy pod koniec lutego) miasteczko jest spokojne i nie ma w nim zbyt wielu turystów. Miłą niespodzianką był voucher na wizytę w pobliskim aquaparku. Gospodyni Dora jest przesympatyczną i bardzo ciepłą osobą. Jest bardzo komunikatywna, świetnie mówi po angielsku i dba o to, żeby goście mieli wszystko czego potrzebują. Polecam pobyt w tym apartamencie wszystkim, którzy chcą porządnie naładować akumulatory :)
