Lovely cottage with garden access. Very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen + dining area. Huge living room. 2 bedrooms both with a double bed & large en suite shower/toilet.
Plenty of parking.
Good location near to Rye.

Beautiful location and easy access to the party we were going to up the road. Bigger than expected for a "cottage". Immaculately clean. Kitchen fully equipped and again so clean. Great outdoor space. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money. Other places were twice the price in August for similar accommodation.
Difficult to find the first time, then no problem, could have been explained better as on a bend and just off the road, but all you have to do is turn around, I suppose. No toilet facility downstairs, only the en suites upstairs, a bit strange. But this is not a problem, just needs to be pointed out for others. Would still stay there again.

There was lots of hot water and it was lovely and warm. The layout was fine. The sitting room exceptional, the dining room has the most beautiful view. The linen was fresh and clean.
The kitchen utensils and cooking pots, pans, toaster, cutlery and serving dishes let down what is a great place to stay.
