Great location
Not a dislike, just an unfortunate occurrence. The AC had broken down the day before we arrived, with replacement parts unavailable until afterward we departed. Luckily, there was a stiff breeze coming in off the ocean, allowing air to pass through open windows.

garage doors impossible to open from the outside. The garage key didn't work. Needs new doors.
Sheets in unit 2 upstairs beds were covered in a fine layer of sand, (before any use).
Could have done with a few mats to wipe sand off feet!
