347 Paradiso Kingscliff Beach 3 Bedroom Private Rooftop

There was no breakfast. Liked the location and the unit - it was comfortable. Like the appliances and extra things like glad wrap and condiments!

Had a great time but you need feedback: On arrival, the area between the two doors was COVERED in a black ash like substance - it was on our shoes and very messy. We walked a bit inside before we could clean it. See photo The cupboard in the middle room had heaps of supplies in it and we had little room for the extra people to put their clothes away. It was very messy. See photo The coffee sachets are all out of date and a few of them are mouldy. See photo It took is 20 mins to get the TV to work- no instructions anywhere. There was someone on the car park for 347- we found another spot but there was no one in reception either. I have stayed at Paradiso twice before over last 2 years- changed quite a bit and there was always someone on reception.

Explanation of key procedure was easy to follow. Rooftop was great in the evenings to sit and relax. Great location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and supermarket etc Swimming pool was nice. Although the unit is not managed by the onsite reception staff, they were kind enough to allow us to store our bags as we arrived prior to the 2pm check in. Great beach to walk and swim.

The rooftop would have been more useable if there was a cabana or umbrella etc. There was no shade and it was too hot to sit during the day. Unfortunately, we locked ourselves out of the unit as the front glass door locks (internally) and you are not provided with a key to open that particular door. We were able to phone the host who had to drive out and unlock the door. This could be a safety issue if you had young children. For us, it was just an inconvenience.

The host had fantastic Communication. The unit was well equipped with extras such as pantry items, Washing powder, Hair straighter and more. Very helpful. So close to beach and restaurants. Unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for a week.

The gym didn’t really have much and spa wasn’t warm enough but really not huge problems.
