Really great position, comfy and a bit quirky but really good . Have the coffee shop directly under was a bonus for morning coffees.
There were a couple of broken bits like a window, and it had no shower screen but that did not detract from our stay at all. The coffee shop under can be a little noisy at 6 am but again was not an issue

Overall the location of the unit was excellent.
The entry was appalling! Outside stairs leading up to the side, only entrance to the building had no appeal at all. Lots of hazards as well and not clean or well kept. The unit that was allocated to us, party of 3 had another set of steep stairs up to the unit itself. Not a bad size however, with only 1 bathroom it was the ensuite that was for everyone to use. The kitchen wasn’t fully functional, lacking in equipment. And the online advertising of the place advertised promises that were just not true…’own private beach area’ NOT

Location
Not the property I saw in booking.com when I booked. Trouble booking in as I left my computer at home. Telephone staff had me on hold twice for 10 minutes. Didn’t know what to do as I didn’t have my computer to book in. Office staff nice. Tap head fell off while washing hands. One shower for a a two bedroom apartment.
