Code/ lock on the enter gate malfunctioned at one point- there are no onsite staff to assist

Location is across road from surf club and great coffee
We had read the locks were an issue, we saw people struggling to enter at times. The keypad ocks were not great to use. Place needs a facelift, but hard to beat location.
