Beachfront Apartment in the heart of Kingscliff!

Roomy, well stocked kitchen, clean and modern. No air conditioning but it was advertised as such.

It was advertised as air conditioned but there was none. It was Easter time so the weather was cool - it was fine during the day but at night it was sticky and still.

Perfect location, great size, modern apartment. Thoughtful addition of games and puzzles in the cupboard. Well appointed kitchen meant it was easy to eat in or go to one of the lovely nearby restaurants. Sitting on the balcony relaxing was an absolute highlight.

Only small negatives from an otherwise magnificent holiday - Loads of noise late at night from the hotel and ally way next door particularly on weekends. Somehow we were woken up by garbage trucks almost every night. Owners might consider installing door stops on the bedroom doors to avoid them slamming in the wind.

The location to the main street of Kingscliff and shops, shopping centre (behind the carpark) and access to the beach is the perfect spot to R&R with the family. The unit is so big and spacious. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with wine glasses and all the cooking things you need if you decided to cook! The Kingscliff Hotel butts off the verhanda (so 50 steps if that). The Cudgen SLSC across the road with 100m walk is the place to eat, watch the whales in the Bay and eat some really good food.

Definitely the stairs carrying up 3 peoples suitcases!! Thank god we were on the 1st floor
