Property in an excellent location, large apartment
The property is tired and not modern bathrooms, would expect more from a five star property. Blind was broken blocking sea view for first 3 days, door missing on laundry so washing machine on show.

Had a spacious living area, great location, easy check-in. Great communication.
Sliding door in lounge out to the balcony locked if you closed it, leaving a person stranded on the deck. Some of the doors were off the cupboards and behind the couch. Didn't have a key for the rubbish shoot, was told would be in pantry but wasn't. Bathrooms a bit dated and one of the bedrooms was very small.

We were NOT told Pool was not available.
Property is still being advertised as Strand of Paradise with oceanside view and POOL. This is breach of Commerce Act
Oceanside view is over-stating the case.
Also, we had one day of very bad jack hammering while they dismantled some of the pool structure - very annoying
Sauna was pathetic - did not heat up enough
This apartment does not get any sun. Was cold sitting out on deck as no sun and windy even on a nice day
