Oceanside Apartment with Iconic Views

Lu was great. Met us when we needed to change days and times, and when we couldn’t workout the wifi password. Fantastic service.

We liked the view, the location, and the size of the apartment.

There was no coffee, no milk, no shampoo, no conditioner, these are items that I would expect to find at apartment, or at any accommodation we did not expect to bring these items for a two day stay. Knifes in the kitchen were very blunt, hard to cut anything. The main sliding door leading out onto the balcony, had tissue stopping the wind making a noise, so made it impossible for us to use, not acceptable for a apartment of this standard.

Location was excellent. Right next to the beach and cafes. Close to the mountain for walking round the track or climbing to the top.

A toaster in the kitchen would have been good.

Great location - next to hot pools, the mount walks, cafes downstairs. Retail stores and restaurants 10 min walk.

No hot tub in the room as mentioned in room amenities. Couldn’t find the sauna. On departure you need to remove your rubbish, do the dishes and wash the towels. No heater in bedrooms.
