Abby (on site host) was responsive when we contacted her to collect the keys on arrival. She took us to the apartment and showed us around, and she clearly explained the check out procedure and answered any questions we had. Apartment ended up being more than what we needed for a short 2 night stay - very clean and had everything we needed. Location was excellent - very central to Mt Maunganui restaurants and cafes, and very easy to access Mercury Baypark (we were in town for AMIS Games). Would definitely like to come back for a longer stay - highly recommend!
Very minor thing - TV only had Freeview although there was a Sky TV remote (but could have been a user issue on our part!)

the bunk beds were in an alcove and didn't have a door so the kids felt quite cheated of a room as such.

Great location and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Considered good value for money.
There were a few small relatively minor repairs and maintenance issues that could be addressed (to be expected with age of apartment and didn’t affect our stay as such) Also found the garage door remote a bit fickle.
