The open-plan living area provides a comfortable place to gather, while the sunny conservatory is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or curling up with a good book. Outside, the generous section offers plenty of space for family BBQs, backyard games, and long summer afternoons in the sunshine.

Bedroom one features a queen bed and an additional single bed, while bedrooms two and three each offer two single beds. This place would be fantastic in the summer, just a little bit cold for this time of the year. We spent all our time in the kitchen area which is very sunny and a smaller area to heat at night.It brought back memories of living in Christchurch in the ‘50s, similar furniture, similar decor.The property is very well located for the amenities of the Mount.

Very retro property. Great location half way between Pilot Bay and main beach. 2 mins walk to shops and restaurants.
