Aotahi is a newly refurbished modern and sophisticated townhouse located within a short walk away from one of New Zealand’s most stunning surf and harbour beaches. The Space:
This stylish apartment is set over three levels. On the groundfloor level there is a bedroom with double bed and one of the bathrooms. On the second level you have the other three bedrooms with a semi ensuite bathroom. The linen and towels are of top quality.
The top level is the living and dining entertaining area with new kitchen and 65” TV with Chromecast. There is also a deck where you can appreciate a BBQ and the elevated view over downtown Mt Maunganui and beyond. There is a garage where there is space for 2 cars.

Place was great with a great location. Everything was clean and organized, nice to have the garage. My issue was with air conditioning. The only a/c unit was in the staircase area and did not reach the rooms or the top floor where the kitchen and living rooms were. Rooms could have at least had fans. Upper floor with kitchen and living room was close to 34c around mid day. This needs to be fixed for summer time

Well appointed, the group enjoyed the place. Only issue was the top level got really hot as the aircon didn't reach there. Apart from that was great!
