This stylishly decorated eighth floor executive two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment boasts elevated views of Pilot Bay and Mauao. A large open plan living area flows to a private balcony where you can enjoy the everchanging vista . There is a pool, spa, sauna and gym for your leisure and the popular Mount Maunganui main beach, Pilot Bay, restaurants, shops and recreational facilities are right on your doorstep. A bonus of 2 secure carparks are available for guests as well.
The Space:
Modern, spacious living areas cater to all and flow seamlessly to a large balcony with gorgeous views of Mauao and Pilot Bay. The master bedroom comprises a king bed and ensuite. Watch the cruise ships in the harbour from the window. The remaining bedroom has a queen size bed . Both rooms and the living area have air conditioning for year round comfort. A double sofa bed in the lounge is ideal for an extra 2 guests , making this apartment a great option for 6 guests in total.

We don't accept bookings from groups under the age of 25 years. We also have a strict no party policy so if you are planning on holding a party please look elsewhere.

Very well located, and views stunning. Spacious living areas, toilets/showers great & beds comfortable. Please note sofa bed slats need repair (we didnt use due to this)Maybe some? shelter in and around the BBQ as when windy hard to keep BBQ flame onDefinately stay again
