It was very clean and comfortable- a high standard of property

Would have liked a hand towel as well as bath towel and information about which bins to use for recycling etc- tv hard to use so gave up but that could just be us not understanding it ! - couldn’t fault it otherwise

Home from home. Very comfortable, well equipped, had a very relaxing stay.

I struggled with the Key boxes. I had to leave the Keys in the House and close the Door when vacating.

Bedrooms location closed to everythink.

Bathroom floor squeak so bad need doing.

The house was presented nice and the appliances were good quality. Treats were left for the Dogs and tea coffee was a nice touch. Good location and parking next to house.

There was no hand towel in the bathroom, so I emailed the property twice, but no one replied. Bit disappointing, to be honest. There were also only two bath towels and two face towels, so it was not enough to use one for the bathroom. Considering it had 4 beds, i would have expected more towels. Also we couldn't get the cooker to work so had to buy microwave meals. Tv's only had prime or Netflix so was unable to watch the TVs in bedroom, also asked for a code. Shouldn't be so hard to just watch TV. Lots of flies in living room.
